We want you to love your Lulu and Georgia pieces, but if an item isn't the right fit, you can return most items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee may apply to certain furniture and rugs.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective materials to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 10-14 business days.
